When im off season trying to put on mass and using anadrol , m1t or dbol is almost impossible to support my back pumps, i cant do deadlifts, rowns or even squats.
Do you suffer from back pumps?

Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome (CECS) of the Forearm or lower back..
I do a lot of assisted movements like incline reverse BD back flies, incline and seating curls and so on, anything to take a break from the lower back taking a hit.
Here's some info I put together.. It can apply to back, forearms, shins, just about anything related to orals or other AAS.. I'll add in blue what may be the trigger mechanism in the back..It's known as "CECS"..
AAS induced forearm pump? Well, it may be a little more than that!
Over the years we've seen threads/posts where individuals stress unbearable pumps in many regions of the body, lower back, shins, and at times "forearms"..
I'm one of them that wail and moan about debilitating forearm pumps, interfering with my gym session entirely at times, especially while on particular oral steroids like var,
Like I said; I too suffer from this..Below is an example with an explanation on what may be causing this and how orals may contribute to this cause and debilitating effect..
Some users see this as a keen indication that their compounds may in fact be legit/authentic, but unbeknownst to them,
it could be a hidden unknown aliment known as "CECS" during hyperemia (which we expect due to load and stress)..That's not the danger here tho, its the exit flow response that's the culprit (read on)
How AAS/Steroids contribute
We all can agree that through the presences of AAS there will be an increase with RBC'c, nitrogen, increase in blood flow/circulation, increased CV performance,
along with increased BP..With this said, many of us may already possess a genetic-predisposition, inducing an already preexisting condition that may not typically be a factor normally,
it may be a slight annoyance when under heavy stress/exertion, or maybe it's mild and tolerated for some..
However, it may increase while taking exogenous hormones amplifying the discomfort,

Arm Pump or even lower back pumps - Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome (CECS) of the Forearm or lower back
The blood/fluid if not able to leave as fast as it's coming it.
Knees to chest stretching and weighted straight arm hangs help a lot.
Maybe cut back on any orals and creatine if you are using it PWO (save for post, also some orals are known for creating creatine synthesis which could be shuttling to much fluid into the muscle bellies fast than it can expel it.
Its a great bonus for some and a handicap for others.
Bear in mind that you don't actually have an injury if that does come to mind, you very well could have a lot of scar tissue, so scar tissue and damage can also add to it.
From what I was told the way the scar tissue would be would be quite similar to what a weaved basket would look like, and the blood flow cannot go through properly. I also feel it's a combination of the both for myself. I have never been able to correct it but I've been able to minimize it and I do a lot of stretching when I have issues.
Laying on the floor with knee to chest crossing legs, there's all sorts of stretching I do even at home. If I can give a suggestion, try and use movements that don't require you to put any stress on your lower back, between sets try to stay seated, and at times I'm laying down when you're sitting and put your chest on your lap and grab your ankles. This is what I do between sets and it really helps.. last but not least and it's going to be the most unpopular, on days that I know are going to be problematic I do wear a back brace. I'll even wear one of those thin elastic Velcro support braces.. it does help, but I try not to make it a habit

Re: Back pumps cant train!
To keep my protocol to grow , i drop the deadlifts , free weight row, and squats and add more stable exercices like hack squat, lunges, machine t bar row and that ways i can train harder and keep my orals IN.
