I never done any gear before. But I am extremely excited to finally get into it. I’m looking for help to see what cycle I should follow.
I’m looking to loose fat and pack on some muscle

195 lbs is fairly heavy for someone who's 5'7" and natural. I can't help but assume you are a bit on the heftier side (no offense). If I am correct then it would be in your best interest to slim down naturally then utilize AAS after to pack on muscle. Trying to do both at the same time is extremely difficult and highly inefficient. In order to build muscle you have to eat a calorie surplus...in order to lose fat you have to eat a calorie deficit. Pick a goal and follow through.
If I'm wrong and you really are 195 Lbs lean then I apologize and here is what you want to do for a first cycle:
First cycle should always be testosterone only. See how you react then add other compounds in future cycles one at a time to see how you respond to each one.
-Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate - 500mg/week - 12 weeks (pin 250mg twice a week. Mon/Thurs is what I do)
-Arimidex/aromasin - from day 1. - .25mg EOD/5mg EOD to start. Get blood work 4-6 weeks into cycle and see what your e2 levels are at and adjust from there.
-HCG - 500 iu/week - from day one until 1 week before PCT - 250iu Mon/250iu Thurs (just pin it the same days you pin your Test)
PCT - start 3 weeks after last pin.
Nolvadex - 40/40/20/20
Clomid - 50/50/50/50
Get blood work 1 month after PCT to gauge recovery.

All said . The forst cycle should be done when you are shreded or skinny , never with fat over 12%. And as you are natural i said stay natural and drop all your fat and then do your cycle to grow and you will grow lean and super quick. Anabolic steroids are mostly to put on mass not to get shreded ( get shreded with diet and cardio ).

Test only is the way to go IMO.. Test only cycles are great and should be used many times over to learn and listen for the changes in your body.
500mg every week of Test E 250 is the way to go. 12-14 weeks.

Test E or C
Asin or adex.
Hcg is a good thing.
Proper pct in place for coming off.
And keep a log for yourself. So you can track your first journey.. and see all the changes made.
Log your routine.
Weight +measurements at begin and end.
Pics are even better before and after.
Log down meals.
This way you can track how much your eating.. makes thing easier to see if you need more Cal's or less depending if your trying to cut or grow!

What i would say is you can recomp build muscles burn fat at the same time
Optimism fat burning morning during fasted cardio dumping all fat cell into the blood to be burned of products yohmbine hgh caffeine dnp low dose 150-200mg
clenbuterol 120-160mcg
metformin 3000mg
Ephedrine pre workout 30mg
Anabolic tren 2g eq 2g mast e 1g anavar 150mg test low dose 350mg to help prevent estrogen build up that inhibits fat burning and also letro added 2.5mg 3x per week t3100mcg t4 400mcg
Carb free up until pre workout 10iu fast insulin pre post
