Best pre and probiotics?

Im gluten and lactose intolerant , so is very hard to do diet and feel good.
I now that Prebiotics and probiotics are great to help me.

Prebiotics are fibers? Inulin? and psylium husk?

Any probiotics is good? i search google and NOW 50 billion is know as one of the best but is price is so expensive

not here.

however taking these things is not the solution against intolerances.
no, the solution is to eliminate those substances from your diet.

it doesn't even seem so difficult to me.
I don't take anything that contains gluten or lactose.
meat, eggs, rice, dried fruit, oil ... what else do you need?

For protein you have some choises but for carbs just rice, cream of rice, potatoes, dextrose. For a bulk over 7000 calories is hard to eat all clean food and is alot of volume for stomach.

Of course as an athlete we need to stay focus even in offseason to eat lean food , but if you have to eat alot like 500gr rice per meal it blows your stomach alot and hard to eat again 2 hours later

Looks very complete my friend. I appreciate your kindness but i live in azores islands of Portugal take alot of time to receive it .I will try to find here some good probiotic

Can you eat cereals?
I think cereals and fruits are the way to go for your GI problems

Only cereals without gluten.
