Total waste and money down the drain, even if you don't finish.
The composition of GAINER is usually sugar 70-80% + the rest of poor quality protein..
It will definitely be better if you get a cup blender or other effective supplements such as Omega 3, Creatine, D3 + K2 ...
We use everything for a purpose, if we do not know our kcal needs, it does not mean that if we add Gainer, we will grow..
Better for a quick meal is cornflakes + protein supplement .. Definitely cheaper + Much more energy, more money in your pocket.
It will work Definitely better:
Fruit + protein same principle .. only more vitamins and amino acids.
