PSL voucher

So I made a voucher to try and use on my upcoming purchase. Voucher made on 1-9-21 but it won’t let me use it because the valid dates of the voucher are set as 1-7-20 through 1-7-21. I know someone here can help as on mobile I can’t find a way to message someone. (I’m sure I’m just missing it, but I can’t find the help desk on mobile)
