I`m 53. I quit the gym years ago and got out of shape. In 2020 I started working on myself (thank you covid). I focused on diet, mostly walking and core training in the mornings. When I started I was 6` tall and 245 lbs. By early 2023 I was 190 lbs and looking pretty thin. I decided to get back into lifting to build some muscle. It`s been my obsession ever since. I`ve been on TRT for almost a year and decided to explore gear.
