We see alot of athletes today training after 2ª meal, any reason ?
I always prefer to do my work and train after 3ª meal.
If you train earlier you have more meals after train to help in recovery and growth. This is the reason why most train after 1 or 2 meal ?
Best time to train? after first meal?

After meal 1. Early morning training for me. I kinda enjoy the 4:30 am club, eating eggs then letting it settle, workout then more protein and carbs after. Then off to work. Lifestyle dictates it for me

You’re definitely stronger lifting in the afternoon. So does that equal better gains?

One potential reason is digestion.
So yes you have some fuel to train after one meal, but your body is not trying to digest several meals at that point. Not sure if that’s the reason or not...
My training is dictated by life..work, family, and obligations.

Yes most of us , we have other obligations in life behind bodybuilding . Only the pros in Kuwait can do same day same hour like a machine.

I don't think there is a better time to train and grow more than another.
and if there is, I think it would be a minimal difference without real impact.
the body thinks over the longer period, in the chronic.
workout and constant diet, it doesn't matter when we eat, when we train .. it only matters to do it!

Hey! Wanted to provide my two cents.
If you are eating before your workout here are a few tips:
1) Carbohydrates and a small amount of protein has been shown to help with recovery to a SMALL degree, yet it is a thing.
2) Carbohydrates and intraworkout is immensely important if you are doing endurance based training
3) When it comes to hypertrophy it certainly can't hurt, especially if you are in a calorie surplus
4) Limit your fat intake to zero added fats when using intraworkout nutrition
5) Shoot for clean fast digesting carbohydrates (fats slow digestion, so avoid)
Personally I do 50mg carbohydrates in liquid form throughout the workout and a banana or orange/mandarin/tangerine halfway through my workout and I like to combine this with 5iu of insulin
