1. Not keeping the right macro EVERY DAY. (surplus kcal, more protein and carbohydrates)
2. Too light training
3. Not enough regeneration and sleep
4. Lack of care for the intestines and food whatever
5. Digestion is key, so eat the right foods that don't cause inflammation in your body
6. Too much body fat = poor insulin sensitivity = no food absorption
7. No cardio even when bulking
8. Pig mass, or flooding, i.e. too much food
9. Lack of vitamins and minerals.
10. Lack of adequate hydration of the body.
