Best time and dose of hgh?

This is something that each one have a different opinion : Mopre in the past and even some now said take your hgh before bed, but this is the time when your natural levels are higher

Some said fasted and make sence because in the morning you have low blood sugar and cortisol is up, so is the best time, but should i take all the dose here? 10ius?

Post workout waithing 20 minutes and use humalog to promote IGF ( mostly in bulking cycle)

Best dose to get shreded? 4ius ?

Best dose to grow muscle? more than 8ius?

I’ve never ran hgh but if I did I think I’d go with morning and post workout. I don’t see a point in doing so before bed because like you stated your gh is highest during sleep.

Every time I run, and I usually run for a long time, 4-6iu’s spit morning and evening.i usually do a fasted workout in morning then pin say2ius then I do in the evening a few hours before bed. With a low dose 250 weekly test and tren a @ 25mg daily to 50mg eod, I cut fat like no other and even with low doses, little to no sides and remarkable lean mass gains if I continued to lift heavy. Most I know have great results with morning and evening split dose but I’ve learned the hard way, every compound is 100% better if the diet is on poin. And you will feel better too
