To all those worrying about your PSL international package not showing up....DON'T!

That's right I said DON'T worry! I placed an international order mid-April and I just got it the other day. You can do the math on how long it took. The tracking was stuck on "Pre-Shipment" the entire time. The only update I got was when it actually arrived at my PO box.

The point I'm trying to make is YOUR PACKAGE IS COMING. We're all experiencing delays. Not just PSL, not just AAS vendors, all companies worldwide are dealing with shipping delays. This is why we temporarily paused our international orders. Just be patient during this time. Things are picking back up and it won't be long until everything is back to normal and we can re-open our international store.

My domestic arrived sooner than the shipping said so you’re right, it’s not PSL. I’m so confident on i ternational that I jumped on the big HGH sale last week and mine is already in the mail! I think a good rule to live by is to make sure you got all your tools together before starting g the job so you aren’t waiting for something important and put yourself in a bind.

Definitely! You don't wanna be ordering products for a cycle you're starting in 2 weeks. Order everything months in advance and don't start untill you have absolutely everything from start to finish. Nothing worse than having something act up and not having the proper ancillary to combat it and now you're waiting 2-3 weeks for it to arrive.

I concur! I just recently received mine as well. So don't fret. We apologize for any inconvenience the unusual circumstances have brought upon us. But things will be returning to normal shortly. The reversal has already begun.

Lets just say I messed up my own order and sent wrong address and these guys made it happen. If they will do that, then I’m more than happy to sit patiently and know it’s coming and it’s legit! Plain and simple

You'd be surprised how often that happens. Most of the time it's the wrong PO Box because they changed it recently, or they recently moved and gave us their old address. It's no biggie. We either catch the mistake and fix it before we send the package or if it's too late we can walk you through the simple process of correcting it. Very rarely is there a reason to panic. Worst case scenario is 99% of cases is that you end up getting your package late.

We share the same stats lol. I'm going on 6 years and so far I've received 100% of my packages from PSL. Only had one get lost and that was the carrier's fault not PSL but they re-shipped it right away so problem solved.
