All doses of proviron take at once... no matter the dose.. after 50mg for about 3-4 weeks, jump up to 75 and see how you feel..

Yes the best dosages is over 50mg , why not pills of 50mg. I use proviron all year , 100mcg on bulking and pre contest i go to 300mcg last weeks . Is safe and it works best at higher dosages without any stress on the liver.

Hi there i love proviron to. in the begining most off the people says that dont work.when e start on the gym most off the big gays talk about.in that time no internet our Google to make a reserch. In our days its much easyerto reserch and no rio make the big mistakes that i did in the pasta 20 years ago.
