Another one im guilty of violating! I don't take deload weeks nearly enough. I've had 1 I think this whole cycle and that was just couple weeks ago. How do you go about deload weeks?

Very informative lesson. It helped me much in understanding the science behind recovery. I often rely on sleep while recovering from hard workout.
