When we saId i use, we mean its our dose ( Phil is a huge athlete not a beginner ) so NEVER USE THE DOSE OF BIGGER ATHLETES.

Always beggin with lower dosage on anything and increase it slowly when you dont see results. 30mg to beggin

however yes, if it is the first time it is better to start with more moderate doses and increase when you are confident.

a good dose to use are generally 10 mg per 10 kg (22 lb) of your weight
if you weigh 100 kg 100 mg.
start from the middle and increase week by week
week 1 - 50 mg
week 2 - 60 mg
and so on
