Incline Cable Fly- 3×12

Cable Curl- 3×15

"High pulley" curl- 3×15

Close Grip push up- 1×25

Walking lunges- 3×6/10/10 per side
Leg ext- 3×12/12/15 SS w/
Seated Ham Curl- 3×12/12/15
Reverse Hypers- 3×15
Good mornings- 3×15(these were a serious shit show)

Elbow behind cable curl- 4×15 SS w/

"Hi pulley" band curl- 4×15 SS w/
Str8 bar press down- 4×15

Diamond push up- 3×25/20/20
