Killionb12 journey to the stage with EP
Hey guys. I’m new to the board but wanting to start logging my contest prep here. I have a little over 8 weeks to go and I’m using nothing but Euro Pharmacies for my prep. Hope you guys follow along and enjoy.

Here are my 5 day updates pics for coach. Im currently sitting 8 weeks out today. Feeling good about progress this past week and I know it will only get better now that we are half way through prep. Getting harder and more vascular by the day.

My lower workout from today. Felt pretty strong and got a good pump in. I’m still really enjoying prep right now and looking forward to making even more drastic changes to my physique.
