Its what happens when your off that matter the most. If your still gaining strength then just keep doing what your doing and the blast cycle will be amazing. I am a firm believer in using the smallest dose possible for gains. Most people lose half their gains when they come off. I am lucky to keep all the gains and continue to gain when I come off. Its because I use low doses. Your the same and I really cant wait to see how you do in the following years ahead. I wish you would post up workouts with poundages so we can see your progress though.
Thanks for your comment. I will definitely start posting some workouts. I can even compare workouts from different weeks so that you can see the progression. Thanks for the content idea.

Log Comparison

2/20/24 Week 4 Blast Cycle Leg Day at Chuze (pps = plates per side)

Adductor 3 sec 2 x 15 115   115
DB RDL 3 sec 2 x 14 50   50
Std Leg Curl 3 sec 2 x 12 115   115*13+Drop set
Leg Press 2 x 15 5+25 pps   5+25 pps
Cannonball Smith Squat 3 sec 2 x 12 30 ps   30 ps
Abduction 3 sec 2 x 15 85  85

9/3/24 Week 4 trt Leg Day at Chuze

Adductor 3 sec 2 x 15 130   130
DB RDL 3 sec 2 x 14 70   70
Std Leg Curl 2 x 12 135   135*13+Drop set
Leg Press 2 x 15 6+5pps   6+5pps
Cannonball Smith Squat 3 sec 2 x 12 1+2.5 pps   1+2.5 pps
Leg Ext 2 x 13 75   75*15+Drop
Abduction 3 sec 2 x 15 100   100

The first workout is from when I was on one of my heaviest cycles earlier this year. The 2nd workout is the same workout now while on trt. You can see that in less than 7 months I have increased load on every exercise. These may not be astounding jumps but if you can handle heavier loads without changing your rep range or execution of those reps there is no way you aren’t gaining muscle. Then when you turn these numbers into volume numbers it stands out more.

Abductor - 450 lbs more total volume
Hamstrings - 1,060 lbs more total volume
Quads - 4,440 lbs more total volume (including added exercise)
Glutes - 450 lbs more total volume

Life has definitely been more about fitting bodybuilding into my life rather than revolving my life around bodybuilding. I know this is why most successful bodybuilders have to make that choice early on to devote everything to the pursuit of a pro card. My life didn’t turn that way because I knew I had other goals outside of gym to achieve as well. Even through all of that I’m still going to take another shot. Right now, the coach and I have figured out a possible plan for a new blast cycle that could last 20-24 weeks as long as blood work isn’t outrageous halfway through. I’ll be reaching out to PSL to see if we can keep the log going a bit longer. I’ve gotten great results with the products and really can’t say enough good things about them.

My current goals right now are to drop another 2-4 lbs before we look to bulk up and add some more muscle. I tighten up the nutrition and get back in a good groove for my morning cardio. This will be difficult with a child in school as she brings home germs quite often but that’s part of life so it will be interesting to see how the rest of 2024 finishes out. Hopefully I bring in the new year geared up and adding weight.
