Aside from some pain in elbow/forearm that I can't explain all is awesome. Holding steady at 193lbs after a drastic and fast 12lb drop in weight but I feel like the recomp is still there despite the hold in bodyweight. I also just did extra sets of BB shrugs because the 100lb dumbbells just not cutting it for me. Lastly, did extra reverse curls- for forearms because gripping the dbs hurt like hell in forearm/elbow. The curls did too but it was tolerable at least.
Almost everything was roughly a 3 second eccentric and 2 second concentric
