Having some real trouble in elbow again. Hurts like hell to grip hard and curls, especially reverse curls-, hurt the worst. So for triceps till it heals up I'm just pushing some blood in there with light weights everyday. Work has my foot/toe all swelled up again so it'll be the same for quads too again.

Flat BB press- 275×6/5
Incline hammer strength(no spotter again for smith)- 2.5plates×7.5 & 2.5×4 drop to 1.5×4 plus several partials
DB flies- 35×8/8
Pec deck- 6/6 +partials
Crossovers- 60×8//7 +partials
Quads
Leg extensions- 120×15 135×15 150×15 165×12
Tris
Rope pressdown- 30/40/50/60×15/15/12/12
7/11 yesterday's chest and quads
Did BB incline just to change up for a day instead of DB press and also hit 4 plates per side on hack squat for 10 reps and that's an all time best.
7/16 today was chest/quads/tris and actually got to load triceps a bit finally. Sorry bout not posting shoulders yesterday but they did get done. Will post workout later but here's today's pix
