Doing 3 days per week of 24 hour fasting. Eating 1200-1500 calories on the 24 hour fasting/non lifting days and 2000-2500 on lifting days. Keeping carbs below 50 grams on non lifting days. Trying to get 200+ grams protein on lifting days and 150 on non lifting days. Basically in ketosis a few days a week.
Over the last 20 years been on and off from the gym with as much as 2-3 years without touching a weight. In the late 90's was hardcore training Dorian Yates style. Hoping to get back to my peak condition at about 240 15% by summer time. When I am off cycle I will be on 200mg Test Cyp TRT.
Training consists of maximum weights with no wasting time on warmups after the first compound exercise is done for the day. Training split has changed as I just added in arm day today. Feel like I need an extra day added in as my age takes longer to recover and I need to work on adding strength to my arms so I can move bigger weights in the main lifts.

Will be training 2 on 2 off and every other weekend 3-4 days on. I train with my wife and she follows a 2 on 2 off work schedule with every other weekend 4 days off so it is what it is.
Currently on week 6 of the PED cycle and going to the end of the year.

200mg Test Enanthate/week
200mg Masteron Enanthate/week
50mg Test Cyp/week
40mg Tbol/day
2IU HGH/day
10mg Cialis/day
Everything is Europharmacies product except for the 50mg Test Cyp which is doctor prescribed.
