Thx bud

Lat pull down wide grip

I’m not going to lie. I skipped cardio today. My lower back was definitely pumped. Haven’t done deadlifts in a few months.

I’m kinda under a lot of pressure this weekend with my kids being here with just me watching them for the weekend but Friday and Saturday I did work out I got to get it up as soon as I get some free time. And also I wanted to get a starting picture up. This is from December at Hot Springs. I need to get a better picture and shirtless as well. Sorry guys I don’t mean to be lacking .

Unfortunately, I got injured the worst injury I’ve ever had lifting weights and 20 years. I was doing benchpress on Monday. I worked my way up to 315 for three reps no help.

I put 335 on and when I was lowering it to about my chest, my pectoral muscle snapped. The weight fell on me and I had to get it off. Luckily, I was benching in the squat rack so I was able to throw it on the safety bars. I just did a MRI and the orthopedic surgeon says I definitely need surgery. I am so bummed. This turned out this way. I just cannot believe 335 crushed me like that lol. My best bench ever is 375, but that’s back in 2016. I’m thinking about turning this into a recovery log to show how long it takes to recover from a injury like this.
