Yes they are. It takes all momentum out of the lift. You can get really strong while not putting too much damage on your tendons which is the point considering I am trying to nurse my shoulder.

I am continuing to get stronger even though I am on HRT of just 150mg/week Test Cyp and 2IU GH. Been a few weeks off cycle. No end in strength gains in sight even though I continue to lose fat. Next week I bump up the dose of semaglutide from .25mg to .5mg. That should kickstart even further fat loss.
